The City of Logan West Virginia is proud to be the only municipality in the State of West Virginia with four sanctioned festivals by the West Virginia 2021 WV Association of Fairs & Festivals!
This year, four wonderful girls will go and represent our beautiful City in January!
Miss City of Logan Shawnee Island Festival, Maloree Reed.
Miss City of Logan HOCUS POCUS Festival, Isabella Propst.
Miss Christmas Festival, Chloe Bryant.
And our 22 year old veteran festival WEST VIRGINIA FREEDOM FESTIVAL, Miss Maggie White.
